| With this OCX you can create, update and extract zip files, supporting the longfilenames and long directory names introduced with Win95. As an ActiveX OCX , this control can be used in Internet Explorer 4.0 pages without any problem. Currently we are using the INFOZIP compression scheme. These files can be distributed in freeware or comercial software without copyright restrictions, and the OCX supports multiples instances of the control at same time. With the new BEP method of distribution only the OCX are required and the INFOZIP DLLs will not be visible by developers or end users |
